• 1. Select the items that you would like to purchase and make note of the ID codes as you go along. Ensure that you select the desired size and color so that the correct ID code is acquired as you browse the catalogue.
• 2. Email me your order request via the "Contact Us" tab and fill in all the fields. Please ensure that you provide me with your shipping address if different and all of the product ID codes that you would like to purchase in the comments box.
• 3. Upon receipt of this email, I will provide you with a shipping quote and will email you an invoice.
• 4. At this point, you may send your payment in Canadian Funds to service@underwearunlimited.com from your PayPal account www.paypal.com.

In the unlikely event that your package fails to reach you or arrives damaged, we will gladly process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please contact service@UnderwearUnlimited.com if you should find that you are in such a situation.

Returns

At Underwear Unlimited, we offer a generous product return and/or refund policy on all unworn, unaltered items that are in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. We accept returns/refunds within 60 days of purchase. Prior to mailing the item(s) back, please fill out the "Contact Us" fields above and include the details of what you would like to do (i.e. Refund or Exchange). We will reply to your request within 24 hours. Finally, please understand that you are responsible for all shipping charges to get the item(s) back to us and then back to you (in the case of an exchange). We recommend that you insure the package as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will email as soon as we receive your returned order.
